Microneedling in Bentonville, AR

A thoughtful next step for skin texture.

If changes in texture, fine lines or the appearance of acne scars are on your mind, start with a skin consultation. LaserTouch MD offers regular microneedling and a separate Pixel8 RF service, with different treatment considerations.

YOUR GOALS, CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD

Understand your options before you choose

A useful skin plan begins with the concern you want to address, not the name of a device. Discuss your skin history, previous treatments and what recovery would fit your schedule.

Texture concerns

Bring examples of the areas you want assessed and describe any previous treatment response.

Acne-scar questions

Ask whether your scars are suitable for microneedling or whether another approach is more appropriate.

An individual course

The number of sessions and interval should follow an assessment, not a universal package promise.

MAKE AN INFORMED CHOICE

Regular microneedling is not Pixel8 RF

Microneedling creates controlled small punctures in the skin. Pixel8 RF adds radiofrequency energy and has additional risks and treatment considerations. A stronger or deeper treatment is not automatically the right choice. Compare both options with your provider.

Before your visit. After your appointment.

Clear instructions are part of a well-planned experience. Use these questions to prepare for your discussion with the team.

Prepare with confidence

  • Share medication use, cold-sore history, allergies and previous scarring or pigment changes.
  • Ask whether active breakouts, skin irritation or recent procedures mean you should wait.
  • Follow personalized preparation instructions; do not stop prescribed medication independently.

Care that continues

  • Ask about cleansing, sun protection and when to restart active skincare.
  • Allow for redness, sensitivity and other recovery rather than planning an immediate event.
  • Contact the clinic if healing is not following the guidance you received.

GOOD QUESTIONS. CLEAR ANSWERS.

Microneedling FAQs

Does microneedling use radiofrequency?

Regular microneedling does not use radiofrequency. We also offer Pixel8 RF microneedling, which combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy and involves a different treatment plan and risk discussion.

Can I discuss PRP with my microneedling consultation?

Yes. Ask your provider about PRP, its evidence, alternatives and risks before choosing a treatment. Microneedling devices are not FDA-approved to deliver blood products such as PRP into the skin.

Will one session be enough?

That depends on the concern, treatment selected and response. Ask for a realistic review point before committing to additional sessions.
