Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

Medical consultations, provider reviews, and telehealth services are non-refundable once initiated. Compounded medications, prescription products, and customized treatments cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once processed, dispensed, or shipped.

If an order is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we may review the issue.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
