No. PRF and PRP are prepared from blood but differ in processing and composition. Hyaluronic acid fillers are manufactured injectable products with product-specific indications. They are not interchangeable, and the right choice depends on your anatomy and treatment goal.
An under-eye consultation should distinguish skin texture, pigmentation, puffiness and hollowing. Those concerns can require different approaches. Published research on PRF for under-eye rejuvenation is promising but limited; it does not establish a predictable outcome for every person or BioFiller preparation.
There is no single reliable duration for every preparation or treatment area. Ask what change is realistic, when it should be assessed and how maintenance decisions will be made. Early fullness can include swelling and should not be mistaken for a settled result.
The plan should follow your consultation. Your medical history, the concern being treated, the preparation selected and your response all matter. Ask for a review point before deciding on additional treatment.
