What is a Head Spa?

A Head Spa is a cosmetic scalp-and-hair care experience that combines cleansing with soothing sensory elements. At LaserTouch MD, the Head Spa service includes a discussion of your scalp and hair needs, with cleansing, gentle exfoliation, warm steam, scalp massage and conditioning as appropriate to the chosen service.

Our current Head Spa experience also features the Orion bed, with comfort features such as controlled warmth, leg compression and waterfall rinsing. Ask the team which features are appropriate for you. The purpose is comfort and cosmetic care; those features are not presented as medical treatment.

A facial-style mindset for your scalp

You probably know which moisturizer your face likes. Your scalp deserves that same level of attention to comfort and product choices. Tell your provider about buildup, sensitivity, recent coloring and the way you normally style your hair. A relaxing appointment starts with a plan that respects those details.

This is also a chance to ask about the routine between visits. Bring the names of products you use regularly and mention anything that tends to irritate your skin. You do not need a complicated new routine to have a useful conversation.

Choose your version of a little escape

Maybe your ideal visit is quiet time after a busy workweek. Maybe it is part of a birthday treat or a thoughtful gift for someone who rarely books anything for themselves. Tell us what you have in mind, and confirm availability before arranging a shared outing or special occasion.

Plan a comfortable window around the appointment. Ask how long your selected service takes and what your hair will be like afterward. A scalp ritual and a salon blowout are not automatically the same booking, so confirm whether drying or styling is included.

Before you arrive: the small details that help

  • Ask about hair preparation. Confirm whether you should wash your hair before the visit and what products to avoid.
  • Mention extensions or protective styles. Check compatibility before selecting your appointment.
  • Share recent color or chemical services. Ask about appropriate timing and products.
  • Speak up about comfort. Mention neck or positioning concerns, heat sensitivity and questions about compression.
  • Clarify the finish. Confirm conditioning, drying and any styling options in advance.

If you have open sores, a new rash, significant scalp pain or unexplained hair loss, seek appropriate medical assessment. A Head Spa does not diagnose or treat those conditions, and it should not delay care.

Make it part of a routine you enjoy

You do not need an elaborate occasion to schedule something that feels restorative. Ask what frequency makes sense for your cosmetic needs, preferences and budget. If you want to combine your visit with another service, let the team plan the order and timing rather than stacking treatments yourself.

From a solo reset to a gift idea, the best appointment is the one that fits your day. Our Bentonville location welcomes self-care visits from across Northwest Arkansas.

Good questions. Clear answers.

Before you book

Will a Head Spa grow my hair?

It is a cosmetic scalp-care and relaxation service, not an established treatment for hair loss. New or unexplained shedding deserves medical evaluation.

Can I book with color-treated hair or extensions?

Ask the team before booking. Product choices, timing and compatibility depend on your hair and the specific service.

Is a blowout included?

Confirm the finishing options for the exact appointment you select. Do not assume that drying or styling is included in every Head Spa service.

Laser Hair Removal in Bentonville & Rogers: Plan for Smoother Days

The underarm touch-up. The last-minute leg shave. The suitcase packed with razors. If you would love a simpler hair-removal routine, laser hair removal in Bentonville or Rogers may be worth exploring. Start with the area that bothers you most, then build a plan around your skin, hair and schedule.

Your quick guide

Less time on hair removal.
More time for your plans.

01Pick your priority

Face, underarms, bikini, legs or body.

02Plan the series

Hair cycles mean timing matters.

03Protect your skin

Preparation and aftercare belong in the plan.

What laser hair removal is designed to do

Laser hair removal targets pigment in hair to reduce unwanted growth over a series of treatments. The realistic goal is long-term hair reduction, not a promise that every hair will disappear forever. Hair color, skin tone, treatment area and individual response affect what is achievable.

The American Academy of Dermatology explains that multiple sessions are usually needed and maintenance may be appropriate. Very light hair can be harder to treat because there is less pigment to target. Review the AAD’s laser hair removal FAQs, then ask how those considerations apply to you.

Choose the area that changes your routine

Our laser hair removal service page covers consultation options for the face and neck, underarms and arms, bikini or Brazilian areas, legs, torso and back. You do not have to start everywhere. One well-chosen area can be a practical first conversation.

Tell the team why that area matters: frequent shaving, inconvenience before travel or simply a preference for less hair. Discuss privacy and comfort preferences, especially for intimate areas. Confirm which service to book and whether an assessment should come first.

Your first-visit preparation checklist

  1. Share your skin history. Mention recent sun exposure, tanning, irritation, medications and previous reactions to light-based treatments.
  2. Ask about shaving. Follow the clinic’s instructions for the treatment area rather than guessing the timing.
  3. Pause root-removal methods as directed. Waxing or plucking can interfere with treatment planning; get a specific preparation timeline.
  4. Discuss self-tanner. Tell the team about spray tans and tanning products before the appointment.
  5. Plan sun protection. Ask how outdoor activities fit around the series.

A Northwest Arkansas lake weekend, outdoor work or a sunny trip can affect scheduling. Mention those plans early so the team can help you choose an appropriate start date.

What the appointment may feel like

Expect a discussion of settings, comfort and protective eyewear. People may experience warmth or a snapping sensation; sensitivity varies by area and person. Temporary redness or swelling can occur. Burns, pigment changes and scarring are possible, which is why candidacy and appropriate technique matter.

Afterward, follow the clinic’s skin-care, heat and sun-exposure instructions. Ask whom to contact if a reaction is unexpected or worsening. Treatment intervals should reflect the area and your response rather than an arbitrary deadline.

Make a calendar plan, not a last-minute promise

If you have a wedding, holiday or vacation in mind, start the conversation ahead of it. Ask how many visits may be reasonable, when the team will reassess and what maintenance could look like. Confirm current pricing for the exact area and what is included before choosing a package.

Good questions. Clear answers.

Before you book

Is laser hair removal permanent?

Think long-term reduction. Some hair can return, and maintenance may be needed. Your individual response cannot be guaranteed.

Can all skin tones be treated?

Suitability depends on the device, settings, hair and skin characteristics, and provider assessment. Ask about experience with your skin tone and your individual risks.

Can I get a spray tan during my series?

Tell the team before scheduling either service. Follow the timing they recommend for self-tanner removal, sun exposure and laser treatment.

TRT & HRT in Bentonville & Rogers: Your Hormone Consultation Guide

A new chapter in your health can come with questions you have never had to ask before. If you are researching TRT or HRT in Bentonville or Rogers, start with a thoughtful assessment—not the assumption that every change in energy, sleep or mood is a hormone problem. LaserTouch MD welcomes a conversation about what has changed and what deserves a closer look.

Request a hormone consultation ↗

Your quick guide

Your symptoms deserve
a real conversation.

01TRT questions

Symptoms, repeat testing and individual eligibility.

02HRT questions

Perimenopause, menopause and symptom priorities.

03Your next step

An assessment with room for your questions.

TRT and HRT: understand the conversation

TRT usually refers to testosterone replacement therapy. HRT means hormone replacement therapy and is often used when discussing menopausal hormone treatment. They are not interchangeable programs, and neither is automatically appropriate because of age or a single symptom.

Our hormone education topics offer a starting point for questions about testosterone, estrogen and progesterone. Use them to prepare for a clinician-led discussion, not to diagnose yourself or choose a medication.

When low testosterone is the question

In men, an evaluation for testosterone deficiency considers compatible symptoms alongside consistently low levels. The Endocrine Society recommends confirming low testosterone with repeat morning fasting testing and assessing the cause. One isolated number is not the whole diagnosis.

Tell the clinician about fertility plans: testosterone treatment can suppress sperm production. Treatment decisions also require a discussion of medical history, potential adverse effects and monitoring. Learn more in the Endocrine Society’s testosterone guidance.

Before your visit, write down what has changed, how long it has been happening and how it affects daily life. Include medicines, supplements, sleep patterns and any previous hormone treatment. The goal is to understand the problem before choosing a response.

When perimenopause or menopause is the question

Hot flashes, night sweats and vaginal discomfort can lead to very different treatment conversations. Systemic hormone therapy and local vaginal therapies have different roles; nonhormonal options may also be relevant. Suitability depends on symptoms, age, medical history and the treatment being considered.

For someone with a uterus, systemic estrogen generally requires a progestogen to protect the uterine lining. Discuss clotting, stroke and cancer risks as they apply to your history and regimen. The Menopause Society’s hormone therapy guide explains why treatment is individualized.

Bring a record of cycle changes, symptoms and any unexpected bleeding. Ask which concerns require further evaluation and which treatment goals are realistic. You do not need to arrive knowing the medical vocabulary.

Your appointment preparation list

  • List your top two or three concerns and when they began.
  • Bring current prescriptions, supplements and recent test results.
  • Share relevant family history, previous surgeries and past reactions to treatment.
  • Ask what testing is appropriate and how follow-up would work.
  • Discuss costs, options and what happens if treatment is not the right fit.

“Bioidentical” is not a guarantee that a product is safer or better. Ask about the exact formulation and its evidence. A good plan should make sense to you, including its limitations.

Good questions. Clear answers.

Before you book

Can I book without having recent labs?

You can request a consultation and ask what records or testing the clinician wants. Do not assume that every person needs the same hormone panel.

Will hormones fix fatigue or weight changes?

Not necessarily. Those concerns have many possible causes. An assessment can help decide whether hormone evaluation or another approach makes sense.

How much does TRT or HRT cost?

Confirm current consultation, testing, medication and follow-up costs directly with the clinic. The plan and total cost depend on your evaluation; a prescription is not guaranteed.

Peptide Therapy in Bentonville & Rogers: A Smarter First Consultation

Peptide Therapy in Bentonville & Rogers: A Smarter First Consultation

Peptides are getting plenty of attention. Your health deserves more than a trending name. If you are exploring peptide therapy in Bentonville, Rogers or elsewhere in Northwest Arkansas, the most useful first step is a conversation about you: your goals, your symptoms, your history and what the evidence actually supports.

Book a peptide consultation ↗
Glass DNA sculpture and microscope illustrating precision medical care
Editorial illustration; not a photograph of staff, a patient or a treatment result.

Your quick guide

Big questions.
A personal starting point.

01Start with your goal

Describe what you want to understand or change.

02Look at the whole picture

Bring your medications, history and recent lab results.

03Leave with clarity

Ask about options, costs, monitoring and next steps.

What does “peptide therapy” actually mean?

Peptides are chains of amino acids. The term describes a broad family of substances, not one treatment with one predictable benefit. A medication approved for a specific condition, a cosmetic ingredient and an experimental compound are very different things. A catchy name does not tell you whether something is appropriate for you.

At LaserTouch MD, the Bentonville peptide consultation guide helps organize questions around metabolism, sleep, recovery and other wellness priorities. Those topics are conversation starters. They do not establish that a particular peptide will treat the concern.

Bring the goal. We can start the conversation.

Think about a normal week rather than a perfect version of yourself. Are you asking about a diagnosed condition, a change you have noticed or a general wellness goal? When did it begin? What have you already tried? That context can be more useful than arriving with a shopping list of compounds.

For example, questions about energy may call for a broader discussion of sleep, medicines, nutrition or another medical cause. The consultation should consider those possibilities before settling on any treatment. A clear explanation of why a therapy does—or does not—fit is a valuable outcome.

Five questions worth saving to your phone

  1. What specific concern are we evaluating, and what else could explain it?
  2. What human evidence supports the option being discussed?
  3. Is the product FDA-approved for this use, prescribed off-label or compounded?
  4. What risks, interactions and follow-up requirements apply to me?
  5. What is the full cost of assessment, testing, treatment and monitoring?

Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. The FDA has also identified limited safety data and potential risks for several peptides promoted online. That makes an ingredient-specific discussion essential; “peptide” alone is not a safety claim. See the FDA’s compound-specific safety information.

Make the appointment work harder for you

Bring a current medication and supplement list, relevant diagnoses, allergies and any recent lab reports. Mention pregnancy, breastfeeding or plans for pregnancy. If testing may be appropriate, ask whether preparation is needed before your appointment; do not stop medication or fast without instructions.

Keep a short note of your priorities and the questions you most want answered. Ask which options are currently available and whether an in-person visit is appropriate. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription, a particular treatment or a specific result.

Good questions. Clear answers.

Before you book

Are peptides the same as TRT or HRT?

No. These terms can overlap in wellness discussions, but testosterone and menopausal hormone therapy have their own indications, evaluation and monitoring. Ask which clinical question applies to your situation.

Will I need lab work?

That depends on the concern and the option being considered. Your clinician can explain which tests are useful and why, rather than ordering a one-size-fits-all panel.

Can I review options before booking?

Yes. Explore our Bentonville peptide guide and Longevity 365 pages, then bring your questions to a consultation. Educational listings do not guarantee that a compound is appropriate or available.

Plan the appointment around your life

A treatment decision should include the days afterward. Visible peeling commonly begins around day three and is generally complete by day seven, although individual recovery varies. Discuss upcoming events, outdoor plans and time for aftercare before choosing a date.

Bring your skincare and medication list, details of recent procedures, and any history of cold sores or unusual scarring. Ask when to pause or restart specific products, how to protect your skin from the sun and when to contact your provider.

Chemical peels can cause irritation, redness and peeling; pigment changes, infection and scarring are possible. Follow your clinician’s instructions and avoid picking peeling skin.

Build Your Aesthetics 365™: A Personal Plan in Bentonville

AESTHETICS 365™ · BENTONVILLE, ARKANSAS

Build Your
Aesthetics 365™.

From your first conversation to your everyday routine.

Your best starting point is the thing that matters to you.

A refreshed complexion? A conversation about facial balance? More consistency with the skincare you already own? You do not have to arrive at LaserTouch MD with a treatment name or a full wish list. Aesthetics 365™ in Bentonville gives you a way to turn those ideas into a personal conversation about care.

Our six-phase framework connects assessment, regeneration, remodeling, refinement, whole-person support and maintenance. Here is how to use it before your first visit—and how to keep the plan useful after you leave.

Start with one priority.

Describe what you notice in your own words. Think about what you would like to feel more confident about, what you like about your current appearance and what you want to preserve. Those details tell us more than a long list of trending treatments.

Then add the practical pieces: your schedule, budget, previous treatment experience and comfort with recovery time. A personal plan should make sense in your everyday life.

TAP A STARTING POINT

What would you like to explore?

Open a card that sounds like you. These are conversation starters for your consultation, not treatment recommendations.

Make your consultation count.

A useful consultation gives you room to ask questions. Discuss what an option is intended to do, whether it suits your history and priorities, and what the alternatives are. Ask who would perform it, what their experience is, what it costs and what recovery and follow-up could involve.

The American Academy of Dermatology’s cosmetic consultation guide offers more questions about expected results, risks, preparation and aftercare.

Bring your preferences. Bring your questions.
Your plan begins with a conversation, and it can change as your priorities do.

You can explore LumeVu on our regenerative aesthetics page before your visit. Treat its visual concepts as inspiration for a discussion; they are not predictions of your treatment results.

The days between visits matter, too.

Aesthetics 365™ is a way to keep the bigger picture in view. Ask your care team which parts of your routine to continue, what to change and when to check in. Keep a note of questions that come up so your next conversation can build on the last one.

Our skincare and supplement shop puts daily essentials within reach. Choosing products with your clinician helps keep the routine focused on your needs instead of adding another bottle without a purpose.

You do not need to move through all six phases in order or choose a service from every category. Your clinician will help determine which options and timing are appropriate for you.

Meet Aesthetics 365™: A Personalized Plan in Bentonville

AESTHETICS 365™ · BENTONVILLE, ARKANSAS

Meet Aesthetics 365™:
A Personalized Plan
in Bentonville.

Your face. Your biology. Your plan.

A thoughtful aesthetics plan starts with a conversation about you.

Maybe it is the expression lines you notice in photos. Maybe you want to explore lip refinement, a skin-care refresh or a calmer routine between appointments. You do not have to know the name of a treatment to know what you want to talk about.

At our Bentonville flagship, Aesthetics 365™ brings those conversations into one connected framework. The idea is simple: start with an assessment, consider the relevant areas of care and revisit the plan over time.

Why think beyond a single visit?

Different concerns call for different conversations. Your skin, features, scalp and body do not have to fit into a one-size-fits-all package. A year-round view gives you a way to organize priorities, ask about timing and understand how home care fits between visits.

The six phases below are an illustrative framework. They can overlap, and your clinician determines appropriate treatments, timing and recovery. You do not need every service—or a treatment in every phase—to have a personal plan.

SIX PHASES · ONE CONNECTED CONVERSATION

Meet the pieces of your 365.

Assess + Reset

Begin with your concerns, your history and the questions you want answered. Discuss your current skincare, previous treatments and what you would like to change before choosing a starting point.

Regenerate

Explore whether PRF, PRP or BioFiller belongs in your conversation. Your provider can explain the differences, suitability, limitations and alternatives for your facial or scalp goals.

Remodel + Tighten

Look at texture, tone, firmness or body-contouring priorities. This is a conversation about the specific technology, your skin type and the recovery involved—not simply picking a device from a menu.

Refine

Consider the details: expression lines, lips, facial balance and finishing touches. Discuss neuromodulators and dermal fillers in the context of your own features and preferences.

Support From Within

Connect your aesthetic goals with everyday habits. Nutrition, sleep, laboratory testing when indicated and clinician-guided wellness can be discussed as part of the bigger picture.

Maintain + Optimize

Revisit the plan as your needs change. Review your experience, adjust your home routine and talk about whether further care is appropriate. Maintenance is a conversation, not an automatic treatment schedule.

Explore it before you visit.

The new interactive Aesthetics 365™ experience lets you tap through each phase and browse the services behind it. Choose a focus such as face and lips, skin and glow, hair and scalp, body or whole-person wellness. Open a service card to see how it connects to the wider plan.

You can also explore LumeVu on the aesthetics page as a visual conversation starter. Its concepts and photo effects are illustrations, not predictions of a treatment result. Bring your preferences and questions to your consultation.

Curiosity is a great starting point.
You do not need to arrive with a treatment picked out.

A few good questions to bring.

Use your consultation to understand the options, not just the names on a service menu. Ask about:

  • Which options may suit your concern, skin type and health history.
